Son una especie de \u201cred\u201d echada sobre la abundancia de modos y formas did\u00e1cticas posibles, y con la cual se captan, en cada caso, conformaciones t\u00edpicas, mientras que otras se escapan \u201ca trav\u00e9s de las mallas\u201d. Dentro de esos <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tipos did\u00e1cticos<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cpuros\u201d, los postulados y principios establecidos tienen entonces cierta validez, aunque toda did\u00e1ctica debe tener siempre presente que as\u00ed nunca se aprehenden m\u00e1s que recortes fragmentarios de todo el proceso did\u00e1ctico y formativo, en tanto que, tambi\u00e9n aqu\u00ed, \u201cel todo es m\u00e1s que la suma de las partes&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por estas razones, por de pronto solamente insinuadas, nos parece que en lugar del concepto tradicional de \u201cdoctrina did\u00e1ctica&#8221; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Unterrichtslehre),<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la denominaci\u00f3n de \u201cestructuraci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica\u201d. No excluye la posibilidad de una instrucci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctico met\u00f3dica en sentido de directivas y puntos de vista, pero se\u00f1ala tambi\u00e9n sus l\u00edmites. Trata de tener en cuenta, adem\u00e1s de las condiciones y hechos objetivos y universalmente v\u00e1lidos de la ense\u00f1anza, tambi\u00e9n la libertad y amplitud individuales de la manera y fuerza creadora de cada maestro, su experiencia y reflexi\u00f3n propias. El citado problema de la validez general y justificaci\u00f3n de instrucciones met\u00f3dicas vuelve a presentarse si preguntamos por las <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">formas actualmente v\u00e1lidas de la introducci\u00f3n en la pr\u00e1ctica escolar<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del estudiante de profesorado.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) La forma primitiva de la instrucci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica en la ense\u00f1anza era la llamada <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ense\u00f1anza <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> maestro<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Meisterlehre).<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El modelo y la aceptaci\u00f3n, la demostraci\u00f3n oportuna y la imitaci\u00f3n fiel determinaban el estilo y el contenido de esa instrucci\u00f3n y esa preparaci\u00f3n met\u00f3dicas. Arraigaba, descansando en las s\u00f3lidas costumbres de su \u00e9poca, en los contenidos seguros de un orden general de vida y valores, sentidos como v\u00e1lidos. En forma de la llamada \u201clecci\u00f3n modelo\u201d, esa \u201cpedagog\u00eda de recetas\u201d ha entrado hasta en el pasado m\u00e1s reciente. Porque las formas de la instrucci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de los viejos seminarios de maestros correspond\u00edan, en su estilo y contenidos, exactamente a esa \u201cense\u00f1anza del maestro\u201d. Generaciones de maestros han pasado por semejante preparaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gico met\u00f3dica y coadyuvaron, aceptando sin cr\u00edtica esas reglas aparentemente bien consolidadas, a dar a nuestra escuela y a su did\u00e1ctica aquella sensaci\u00f3n de seguridad, aquella actitud de certeza que nunca m\u00e1s se han alcanzado en forma tan universalmente v\u00e1lida. El centro de gravedad de esa preparaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica escolar yac\u00eda, sin lugar a dudas, en la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">imitaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sin<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cr\u00edtica<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modelos<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pr\u00e1cticos que se sent\u00edan como valederos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) El c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">amin<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o opuesto de la instrucci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica lleva exclusivamente a trav\u00e9s de la teor\u00eda. La pr\u00e1ctica se concibe como <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">teor\u00eda<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;aplicada\u201d.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se deja al criterio del joven maestro biso\u00f1o que lleve a la pr\u00e1ctica para s\u00ed las abundantes instrucciones, que las &#8220;aplique&#8221;. Este camino se ha seguido durante a\u00f1os, sobre todo en la preparaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica de los maestros secundarios. Pero parece que a\u00fan hoy, en relaci\u00f3n con el problema de la formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica de los profesores, se han conservado tendencias similares. Porque no faltan las voces que reclaman que el joven maestro reciba primeramente una s\u00f3lida preparaci\u00f3n &#8220;te\u00f3rica\u201d, es decir, acad\u00e9mica, dejando luego la aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica (como teor\u00eda aplicada) esencialmente a su propio criterio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c)<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ambos caminos, seguidos por s\u00ed solos, son errados: <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ni la<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">forma<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la pura ense\u00f1anza del maestro, ni la concepci\u00f3n de la pr\u00e1ctica como teor\u00eda \u201caplicada\u201d pueden ser l\u00edneas de conducta para la preparaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica del maestro en sus formas actuales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La forma de la ense\u00f1anza del maestro ya no es posible hoy en d\u00eda, ni siquiera en una manera buena y renovada, porque ya no existen m\u00e9todos did\u00e1cticos de validez general, en ese sentido, y porque el \u201cmodelo\u201d presentado, la mera imitaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n, ya no corresponden al esp\u00edritu y contenido de la pedagog\u00eda moderna. Es cierto que por medio de apropiaci\u00f3n pueden trasmitirse y ejercitarse las necesarias habilidades t\u00e9cnicas de la did\u00e1ctica, las herramientas del maestro, por decirlo as\u00ed, pero la igualmente necesaria autorreflexi\u00f3n con respecto al propio hacer, el encontrar el propio punto de vista en una superabundancia de posibilidades y sugerencias, y la honda fundamentaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica \u201cen un mundo en permanente crisis cultural\u201d pueden realizarse \u00fanicamente a trav\u00e9s de una amplia reflexi\u00f3n te\u00f3rica. Por otra parte, la teor\u00eda tampoco debe perder nunca la relaci\u00f3n con la pr\u00e1ctica. \u201cLa teor\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica tiene como condici\u00f3n previa la pr\u00e1ctica y no es imaginable sin ella. Si vemos equivocadamente esta relaci\u00f3n fundamental entre teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica, las consecuencias pueden ser verdaderamente fatales. Pues entonces, la teor\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica desarrolla, separada del acontecer educativo, sus relaciones independientes, dejando al estudioso que lleve los conocimientos te\u00f3ricos a la pr\u00e1ctica de su obrar cotidiano, lo cual s\u00f3lo en contados casos se consigue realmente. La consecuencia es muchas veces que el joven maestro se resigne ante los hechos adversos de la rutina escolar y que sacuda muy pronto el yugo molesto de los requerimientos te\u00f3ricos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Postulamos por eso, en el sentido positivo: s\u00f3lo en una verdadera integraci\u00f3n de teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica, no en una sucesi\u00f3n temporal, ni en una yuxtaposici\u00f3n inconexa, sino \u00fanicamente en una <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mutua<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interrelaci\u00f3n de reflexi\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y realizaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dentro<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">los m\u00e1rgenes de la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">configuraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">individual,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> puede lograrse una preparaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica escolar duradera y fecunda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Toda instrucci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctico met\u00f3dica debe adaptarse, por eso, al espacio individual de la ense\u00f1anza propia, de la clase particular, del muestro individual.
