Consecuentemente la participaci\u00f3n de las ciencias puramente normativas, por una parte, y de la Psicolog\u00eda por otra, en la fundamentaci\u00f3n de la Pedagog\u00eda, necesita todav\u00eda de una determinaci\u00f3n rigurosa. No es exacto decir que las ciencias legislativas se\u00f1alan meramente el fin, y de ning\u00fan modo el camino de la educaci\u00f3n, pues al desarrollar todo el contenido de la conciencia en su estructura legislativa desde sus primeros elementos, prescriben al mismo tiempo, en forma objetivamente general, el proceso naturalmente gradual y, por tanto, el camino normal de la formaci\u00f3n humana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pues la formaci\u00f3n del \u00abesp\u00edritu\u00bb s\u00f3lo consiste en esto: en que los mundos de los objetos, el mundo de la ciencia, el mundo de la moral, el mundo de la formaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica, e incluso el sobrenatural de la Religi\u00f3n, se forman en \u00e9l; esto es, seg\u00fan sus propias. Leyes, las cuales no son otras que las leyes del \u00abesp\u00edritu\u00bb mismo, formadas en \u00e9l. Por tanto, el contenido com\u00fan de la formaci\u00f3n humana y tambi\u00e9n todo el camino normal de la educaci\u00f3n debe prescribirse en un procedimiento puramente objetivo, sobre el fundamento de las ciencias filos\u00f3ficas (L\u00f3gica, \u00c9tica y Est\u00e9tica), las cuales contienen las leyes de toda objetivaci\u00f3n, sin necesidad de la ayuda de la Psicolog\u00eda, que es m\u00e1s bien la ciencia de la subjetividad. Por ejemplo, el proceso normal de la formaci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica debe deducirse de la estructura de la ciencia matem\u00e1tica, determinada por las leyes de la L\u00f3gica; el proceso normal de la formaci\u00f3n musical, la cual ha de desarrollar la teor\u00eda de la m\u00fasica en base al fundamento de las leyes est\u00e9ticas, y as\u00ed sucesivamente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por lo que respecta a la fundamentaci\u00f3n de la Pedagog\u00eda, procede Pestalozzi seg\u00fan la cosa (y sin embargo llama a esta clase de fundamentaci\u00f3n \u00abpsicol\u00f3gica\u00bb); presenta como ley fundamental del m\u00e9todo:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\u00b0 Que en toda materia hay que partir de los elementos (idea de la \u00abeducaci\u00f3n elemental\u00bb); pero \u00e9l entiende por educaci\u00f3n elemental los elementos del contenido de la educaci\u00f3n; por ejemplo: la unidad como elemento del n\u00famero, la l\u00ednea como elemento de la formaci\u00f3n espacial, el sonido aislado como elemento de la palabra ling\u00fc\u00edstica. 2\u00b0 La sucesi\u00f3n progresiva en el proceso de la formaci\u00f3n, esto es, el enlazamiento riguroso y constante de los elementos, mediante los cuales se construye de todos \u00e9stos, el contenido no elemental de la educaci\u00f3n (estas dos exigencias cabe comprenderlas reunidas en la exigencia \u00fanica del proceder gen\u00e9tico); por \u00faltimo:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3\u00b0 La uni\u00f3n del proceso gradual determinado as\u00ed para todo dominio especial de la educaci\u00f3n en el todo de la educaci\u00f3n: la ley del desarrollo arm\u00f3nico de todas las fuerzas an\u00edmicas; esto es, reconoce la legalidad de la estructura del contenido de la educaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan todas sus direcciones esenciales, en \u00faltimo fundamento, como una y arm\u00f3nica, as\u00ed que la formaci\u00f3n normal de la \u00abcabeza\u00bb est\u00e1 condicionada y condiciona al mismo tiempo la formaci\u00f3n normal del \u00abcoraz\u00f3n\u00bb y de la \u00abmano\u00bb, y viceversa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n esta relaci\u00f3n interior de toda esfera de la formaci\u00f3n humana (porque lo es de la conciencia humana) se somete en toda su corriente mutua, desde los primeros elementos hasta llegar a las formaciones superiores, a un conocimiento puramente objetivo, precisamente a aquel conocimiento que ejercita la Filosof\u00eda, en estrecha armon\u00eda, sobre el \u00faltimo fundamento cognoscente de la estructura de los mundos objetivos de la ciencia (moral, arte, religi\u00f3n). S\u00f3lo as\u00ed es posible una justificaci\u00f3n objetiva en la estructura total de la obra de la educaci\u00f3n, a la cual, no s\u00f3lo corresponde el fin, sino todo el camino normal y legal, al que se refiere el \u00abm\u00e9todo\u00bb de la educaci\u00f3n buscado y exigido por Pestalozzi. Tal es el verdadero arte psicol\u00f3gico del educador, como el de todo aquel que ha de actuar sobre otro psicol\u00f3gicamente. Ahora bien, este arte no se puede conocer en absoluto teor\u00e9ticamente; lo mejor en esto es cosa de un \u00abhecho\u00bb condicionado mediante la situaci\u00f3n dada y el ejercicio; esto es, de un \u00absentimiento\u00bb que s\u00f3lo se obtiene en comunicaci\u00f3n con el alma de otro y que emp\u00edricamente se adquiere en el proceso hist\u00f3rico. Pero donde falta esto en esta necesaria condici\u00f3n previa, all\u00ed aporta tambi\u00e9n lo general su importancia doctrinal
